We just finished a plate of BBQ at Terry Black’s and started to feel the effects of a food coma because of the amazing meat slow roasted and finished off with a taste of banana pudding. This is that place, you must get there early, it's spoken of by the locals and humbly believe it's one of the best BBQ, Brisket, and Rib places we have found!

We started off at Jo’s and ordered an iced turbo! For the coffee aficionados that is a sweet, creamy coffee drink with white chocolate and hazelnut. Yes, I said hazelnut and after watching a certain movie (Can I name it here?) It has been one of our favorite flavors. Moving southbound you run into some of the most famous shops in Austin. From Allens Boots to Big Top Candy Shop, literally something for everyone! 

After working off the lunch we retreated to do a quick afternoon hike for an amazing view of the skyline at Covert Park at Mount Bonnell. I think there are about 135 steps to the top, but so worth the view!
